As a recognized contractual partner with a 24/7 home emergency call center, we are a supplier in the healthcare sector for all statutory and private health and care insurance companies as well as all public cost bearers in Germany.

We are a nationwide partner for emergency call systems in the following sectors:

Healthcare industry: private households, nursing services, hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, assisted living, day care, medical supply stores, accident insurance companies, employers' liability insurance associations, advice centers.

The care of insured persons with the home emergency call nursing aid is certified in accordance with §126 SGB by the prequalification body of the Prüf- und Forschungsinstitut Pirmasens e.V. and therefore fulfills the requirements in accordance with §126 Para. 1 S. 2 SGB V for the care area 19B11(R) .

According to Section 126 (1a) SGB V, the health insurance funds and long-term care insurance funds must ensure that the requirements for service providers, which are specified in the recommendation of the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds, are met.
